Manufacturing Operations Solutions Strategy Lead - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Solutions Strategy Lead - Remote to join our team at Lensa, supporting Pfizer's innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will help drive the deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with global digital standards and enhancing operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Support the deployment of MES by coordinating value-based scoping of sites and developing a long-term deployment roadmap.
• Drive pre-deployment activities, ensuring readiness and alignment with global digital standards.
• Collaborate with site teams and cross-functional partners to enable successful MES deployments.
• Translate the global MES vision into tailored site-specific roadmaps, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and digital transformation objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and build partnerships with operations, quality, engineering, and automation teams.
• Monitor progress against milestones and communicate updates, escalating risks or blockers as needed.
• Contribute to the development of deployment accelerators, such as playbooks and reusable templates.
• Support financial planning for site launch by estimating deployment costs and resource planning.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or Technology-related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; or a PhD with no experience required; or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience; or a high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or quality operations is essential.
• Strong understanding of system cGMP requirements and knowledge of computer system design in cGMP environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in all stages of solution lifecycle from analysis to deployment and value realization.

Nice to Have

• 1-3 years of experience in a Global Solution environment focused on MES deployment.
• Familiarity with Rockwell Pharmasuite or Siemens OpCenter Execution Pharma.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with Agile Software Delivery as a Product Owner.
