What You'll Do

• Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate information.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing necessary HR documents.
• Ensure compliance with Thailand labor laws and internal policies.
• Prepare HR reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on ongoing HR initiatives to enhance our operations.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of Thailand labor laws.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Experience with recruitment agencies or consulting firms is a plus.
