About the Role

Join Freudenberg Group as an Operator in a fixed-term remote position. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of forming and finishing machines, contributing significantly to our production processes.

What You'll Do

• Operate forming and finishing machines efficiently and safely.
• Perform 100% self-inspections on formed radial shaft seals to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assemble springs and package radial shaft seals for distribution.
• Record production process data accurately in the relevant IT systems.
• Comply with quality standards and initiate corrective measures when deviations occur.

Requirements

• Physical resilience and willingness to work in a three-shift operation.
• Practical professional experience in a production environment.
• High level of commitment and flexibility in adapting to changing tasks.
• Independent and structured approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.

• Experience with quality control processes.
