Operations Manager - Luxury Retail (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Luxury Retail (Remote) to join our prestigious team at Goyard. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail counter, embodying the values and heritage of our brand. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects, including maintenance, stock management, and financial flows, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage store opening and closing procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate rotating and fiscal inventories, ensuring flawless execution in line with Goyard's processes.
• Supervise back-office teams, ensuring compliance with procedures and effective management of packaging, stock, cash registers, and after-sales service.
• Conduct numerical analyses and contribute to drafting daily and weekly reports on sales and performance indicators.
• Act as a liaison between the counter and the Customer Service department, coordinating personalization and marking services.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of experience in the Retail sector with a strong operational background.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English are essential for thriving in an international context.
• Proficiency with digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and cash register software.
• Strong writing skills and proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Ability to uphold the standards of the luxury sector and ensure an impeccable client experience.
