OmniChannel Customer Development Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OmniChannel Customer Development Manager to join Hill's Pet Nutrition. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead customer management responsibilities for Petco & Vetco Total Care. You will play a vital role in customizing and implementing retail strategies to enhance the market share of Hill's Prescription Diet within veterinary hospitals and clinics.

What You'll Do

• Connect the dots by identifying opportunities for products and programs, developing customer-specific 6P strategies that incorporate consumer insights.
• Analyze business channels, evaluating trends and shopper insights to deliver against business objectives.
• Conduct customer meetings to influence support for Hill’s Go-to-Market plans.
• Develop and execute annual strategic plans to achieve commercial goals.
• Engage customers on category growth expectations and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive effective execution of strategies.
• Build and maintain accurate volume and promotion forecasts.
• Participate in monthly customer planning meetings to review actuals and plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of field sales experience, preferably in veterinary hospitals or corporate sales.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills to develop 6P recommendations based on data insights.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and strategize solutions for customer business performance.

Nice to Have

• 3+ years managing key accounts or headquarters accounts.
• Experience in eCommerce customer management or digital marketing.
• Excellent negotiation skills for win-win solutions.
