We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as the Office Director in Los Angeles, CA. This Office Director role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of transportation planning and urban design while working remotely.

• Lead a talented team of professionals in multimodal transportation design.

Requirements

• A degree in Planning, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Design.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in the field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or similar environment.
• Recent experience with Los Angeles-area public sector agencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of client service.
• Experience managing staff and pursuing competitive bids.
• Passion for transforming communities through multimodal transportation.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills.
