About the Role

We are excited to welcome you as an Occupational Therapist (Neuro & Geriatrics) to our interdisciplinary therapy team at GoNeuro. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the lives of our patients. As an Occupational Therapist, you will focus on neuro and geriatric rehabilitation, providing essential therapeutic support to enhance the quality of life for individuals in need.

What You'll Do

• Conduct diagnostics and therapy for motor, cognitive, and daily living impairments.
• Support patients over an extended period to achieve sustainable progress in their rehabilitation.
• Enhance fine and gross motor skills, perception, and cognitive abilities through targeted therapeutic interventions.
• Activate and support patient independence in daily activities to improve their overall quality of life.
• Advise on the use and adaptation of assistive devices to meet individual needs effectively.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable treatment concepts within our therapy approaches.

Requirements

• Completed training as an Occupational Therapist.
• Interest in neurology or geriatrics.
• Empathy and social skills to provide individualized support to patients.
• Reliability and teamwork skills, as collaboration is key in our practice.
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner to deliver the best therapy outcomes.
• Driver's license class B for home visits.

Nice to Have

• Experience in interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Familiarity with digital documentation tools.
• Interest in continuous professional development.
