New Business Marketer - SME Market Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven New Business Marketer to join our team at Eurofiber. In this remote role, you will focus on the SME market, ensuring that our online channels contribute to growth. Your expertise in online performance, campaign management, and collaboration with the sales team will be crucial in driving lead generation and conversion.

What You'll Do

• Develop, monitor, and optimize online and omnichannel campaigns targeting the SME market.
• Collaborate closely with the SME sales team to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales efforts.
• Continuously improve website performance, conversion rates, and lead quality in partnership with our digital marketing team and external agencies.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
• Translate propositions into concrete online campaigns and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.
• Challenge our digital agency on SEA, SEO, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Ensure timely follow-up of online leads and optimize the lead nurturing process.
• Contribute to enhancing our online visibility and expanding our prospect database.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in online marketing and campaign management within a B2B environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Pardot, and ideally LeadInfo.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on online performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and good proficiency in English.
• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Experience in lead generation strategies and optimizing lead follow-up.
• Creative thinking skills to develop engaging campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
