About the Role

We are seeking experienced Multipurpose Drillers to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Multipurpose Driller (DD/RC), you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring high-quality drilling services across various exploration and mine-site locations throughout Australia. What You'll Do

  • Operate multipurpose rigs (DD and/or RC) such as DE880, UDR650, and Evolution FH3000 according to OEM and DDH1 standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site protocols, maintaining a strong safety culture.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections and routine maintenance on all drilling equipment.
  • Oversee sampling procedures, ensuring core is marked according to requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior drillers and offsiders in safety practices and rig operations.
  • Execute client drilling programs with precision, focusing on accuracy and safety.
  • Maintain professionalism and teamwork on-site, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating multipurpose rigs (DD and/or RC) with relevant certifications.
  • HR license or above, with a current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
  • Flexibility to work on both rosters: 4:2 and 2:1.
  • National Police Clearance and Cert III in Drilling Operations (completed or in progress) preferred.
  • Strong safety awareness and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with specific rig models (DE880, UDR650, Evolution FH3000).
  • Previous mentoring or training experience in drilling operations.
  • Additional safety certifications or training.
