Service Centre Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Service Centre Specialist to join our team at Dentsply Sirona in a remote capacity. As a Service Centre Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience with our dental products and services.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
- Monitor and process spare part orders and inquiries from personal and shared mailboxes.
- Arrange the collection of faulty equipment and generate cases/tickets in the complaint handling systems.
- Create repair quotes for both dealers and end-users within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Pack and dispatch loaners and repaired customer equipment efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch spare part orders while ensuring accuracy.
- Invoice repairs and spare part orders promptly.
- Develop a deep understanding of Dentsply Sirona products and services to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing challenging customer interactions.
- Proficient in IT skills, including MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a service or support role within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Familiarity with complaint handling systems.
- Knowledge of dental products and services.
