Motion Designer & Video Producer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer & Video Producer to join our team at Siena. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and create compelling video content that showcases our innovative AI-driven customer experience solutions. As a Motion Designer & Video Producer, you will play a crucial role in translating complex product concepts into engaging visual narratives that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Translate product briefs and engineering context into video concepts with a clear narrative arc and a point of view.
• Write scripts, direct voiceovers, and build storyboards before a single frame is animated, ensuring alignment with product and marketing teams.
• Execute full motion design production, including UI animations, transitions, text choreography, sound design, and music direction.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and founders across every launch, adapting quickly to changes in direction.
• Experiment with AI-native motion workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity in video production.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across launches while ensuring each video remains fresh and hype-worthy.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing launch videos for tech or SaaS products, demonstrating your ability to create story-driven pieces that generate excitement.
• Strong script and storyboard fundamentals, with the ability to develop stories in Figma before using After Effects.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, and Figma.
• A product design sensibility, with a solid understanding of UI to animate it in a native and engaging manner.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in your motion workflow, including Runway, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
• Comfort directing voiceovers and selecting music as part of the complete creative package.
• Experience working asynchronously with a distributed team and managing project flow across multiple launches.

Nice to Have

• Background in SaaS or AI product marketing videos.
• Experience blending live or founder-led footage with motion design.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools for interactive or web-based video experiences.
