Mid-Senior Product Manager - Deposit Payments & Bank Integrations
About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Senior Product Manager for Deposit Payments and Bank Integrations to join Raisin, the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end movement, reconciliation, and reporting of customer funds, along with the interfaces between Raisin and partner banks. What You'll Do
- Own the reliable and scalable payment and settlement flows, ensuring clear and auditable reporting of fund movements for customers, internal teams, and partner banks.
- Establish bank-facing integration standards covering APIs, reporting formats, reconciliation processes, and operational SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Partner Bank Onboarding, Relationship Management, and Engineering leadership to drive product authority on integrations.
- Lead discovery and delivery for initiatives across backend services, internal UIs, APIs, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively across disciplines, from technical flows to user outcomes, ensuring alignment on product vision and goals.
- Write quarterly OKRs with your engineering lead and drive delivery against them, contributing to the team’s long-term vision and roadmap.
Requirements
- A degree in an analytical or technical discipline (e.g., math, engineering, computer science, finance).
- 3+ years of product management experience with a total of 6+ years working in/with tech-powered products.
- Experience working in an agile, cross-functional engineering team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
- Familiarity with how web products are built: backend/frontend interaction, APIs, events, etc.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to work through edge cases.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to event-driven architecture, micro-services, or asynchronous systems.
- Experience working on reporting, data models, or system integrations.
- Familiarity with concepts like ETL, data warehouse, reporting views, or reconciliation.
