About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Flutter Developer to join our ambitious software studio based in Skopje, North Macedonia, with a focus on building high-performance mobile games and applications. As a Flutter Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging user experiences and optimizing performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain mobile applications and games using Flutter, ensuring high-quality performance and user engagement.
• Implement smooth animations and optimize user interfaces for a seamless experience.
• Utilize state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider to manage complex business logic effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Leverage backend technologies like Supabase, Firebase, or SQL for data synchronization and user authentication.
• Use AI-assisted tools to enhance development efficiency and maintain code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve application performance and user experience based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) with a focus on mobile applications and games.
• Proven track record of launching at least one high-performance app or game on Google Play or the App Store.
• Experience with state management solutions and backend technologies.
• Familiarity with the Flame engine or custom game loops is a significant plus.
• Ability to create pixel-perfect UI and optimize for 60 FPS animations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for mobile innovation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of game design principles and user experience best practices.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
