Mid-Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Hybrid Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, Portugal. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your skills in data analysis and contribute to impactful projects. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing data process pipelines, ensuring data integrity and quality across various systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data process pipelines using SQL Server and SQL Integration Services (SSIS).
• Implement and manage data integration and synchronization processes between heterogeneous systems, ensuring consistency and error control.
• Evolve relational databases in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, providing support for production environments, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Create and optimize complex queries in T-SQL and SQL (PostgreSQL), ensuring performance and readability.
• Participate in the design and modeling of data in relational databases.
• Implement data anonymization and pseudonymization mechanisms to protect sensitive information and comply with GDPR.
• Define and apply data quality mechanisms, validations, and reconciliations to ensure integrity and traceability.
• Document technical solutions, data flows, and models for efficient maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for requirements gathering and continuous delivery of improvements.
• Work experience in CI/CD with GitLab.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience with SSIS for data integration.
• Strong knowledge of creating and optimizing complex queries in T-SQL and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Medium level of English (B1 at least) and fluent Portuguese.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data modeling and database design.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of cloud data solutions.
