Mid-Senior AI Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer remote to join Thribe, a forward-thinking company dedicated to developing autonomous AI agents. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in designing and deploying AI systems that can reason, plan, and make decisions autonomously. You'll collaborate closely with product leadership and engineering teams to translate complex legal workflows into robust agent pipelines, overseeing the process from architecture to production release.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement multi-agent systems for legal and compliance use cases.
• Define orchestration patterns, tool usage, memory, and state management for agents.
• Oversee agent pipelines from ideation to deployment and beyond.
• Work closely with product teams, legal experts, and clients.
• Rapidly prototype, gather real feedback, and iterate in a structured manner.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for AI systems.
• Clearly explain agent behavior to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and deploying AI agents with real autonomy.
• Familiarity with key agent orchestration patterns (ReAct, multi-agent delegation, routing, parallelism, tool-calling loops, etc.).
• Strong software engineering background with clean, maintainable code.
• Proficient in Python.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or custom solutions).
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
