About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level User Experience Designer to join our Pharma eCommerce team. This fully remote position focuses on creating user-centered digital experiences in a complex, data-heavy B2B healthcare environment. As a User Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in leading the design of intuitive interfaces across mobile applications and responsive web platforms. Your expertise will help shape the future of digital healthcare, making this a unique opportunity for passionate designers.

What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive, future-proof digital experiences across mobile, tablet, and responsive web platforms.
  • Lead UX efforts end-to-end, from discovery and concept through delivery and optimization.
  • Solve complex design challenges across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive and aligned digital experiences.
  • Create and maintain UX deliverables, including low- and high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and journey maps.
  • Advocate for user-centered and accessibility-first design practices.
  • Communicate and present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Figma; experience with Axure is a plus.
  • Experience designing for complex, data-driven systems and enterprise-scale workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality design output.
  • Experience conducting UX research and applying insights to design decisions.
  • Accessibility training or certification preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Mobile UX experience is highly valued.
  • Experience designing platforms for pharmaceutical or healthcare products.
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS and data-heavy, workflow-driven applications.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $45.00 - $55.00/hr, translating to an annual salary of approximately $93,600 - $114,240.
