About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Design Researcher to join our innovative team at Evinova, a leader in digital health solutions. This Senior Design Researcher remote position allows you to work at the intersection of AI, digital health, and clinical innovation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance health outcomes globally.

What You'll Do

• Lead and conduct comprehensive research activities across various stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower product, design, and engineering teams with research methodologies.
• Translate complex technical workflows into user-friendly artifacts such as journey maps and user profiles.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline research processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with design leads to ensure a cohesive user experience across products and domains.
• Capture and document research insights in product tools, ensuring they inform the Evinova Design System.
• Mentor junior researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Engage in thought leadership by publishing articles, white papers, and presenting at conferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading design research projects independently, including generative and usability-focused methods.
• Strong collaboration and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with online research tools and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Commitment to inclusive design and usability, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience in the healthcare or digital health sectors is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel for research and project delivery as needed.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing market demands and technology.

Nice to Have

• Experience with clinical trials and the drug development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of human factors in medical device requirements.
• A second language is a plus.
