Mid-Level 2D Graphic & Motion Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level 2D Graphic & Motion Designer to join our dynamic team at Ruby Labs. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to innovative consumer products across various industries. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will create engaging 2D graphics and motion designs that captivate audiences and drive our marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Create stunning 2D banner and motion ads for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Stay updated with the latest trends on Instagram and TikTok, applying your strong sense of timing and dynamics in video content.
• Utilize AI tools to generate eye-catching images that enhance our marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the creative marketing team to brainstorm and propose innovative ideas.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall creative direction of our projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong skills in both static graphics and motion design.
• Basic knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Solid understanding of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics for video content.
• Experience with AI image generators and the ability to formulate effective prompts.
• Creativity and a passion for generating new ideas.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• A portfolio showcasing 2D banners and motion works is required.
