About the Role

Zipdev is seeking a Mid C# Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a client that empowers automotive dealers across the US and Canada through a proprietary multi-channel advertising and analytics software platform. As a Mid C# Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in building efficient .NET Core backends in C# and connecting multiple APIs from our microservices library.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain high-quality .NET Core backends written in C# running on Kubernetes with extensive DevOps automation.
  • Connect to dozens of internal APIs from our growing library of microservices to create innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with talented engineering peers to enhance your skills and contribute to team success.
  • Participate in daily virtual Agile stand-ups and interact regularly with Product Management, Setup & Support, and other internal teams.
  • Engage in guild meetings to influence the technical direction of our infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience with C# and unit testing.
  • Strong ownership mentality and a commitment to software reliability.
  • Experience in building and maintaining REST APIs and batch processes.
  • Familiarity with various data storage technologies, including relational databases, document databases, and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with event-driven and queue-based architectures.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience maintaining and supporting PHP applications with Laravel.
  • Familiarity with Vue.js for frontend development.
