About the Role

Join our dynamic Microsoft Digital Marketing team as a Microsoft Advertising Solutions Expert remote. In this role, you will assist advertisers in maximizing their online advertising success while shaping the future of digital advertising. If you have solid digital marketing experience, particularly in Search Engine Marketing, PPC campaigns, and SEO, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

• Proactively contact advertisers from provided leads to promote and sell our free service offerings.
• Analyze customer accounts and websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization, recommending feature enhancements based on client business objectives.
• Develop customized marketing strategies for client retention and reactivation.
• Conduct personalized onboarding and optimization consultations to enhance performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
• Manage inbound email and telephone inquiries from advertisers requesting consultations.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken, C1/C2 level).
• Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade, overcome objections, and deliver compelling pitches.
• A customer-centric approach with B2B experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging with business clients.
• Experience working with decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a plus.
• Familiarity with internet search engines, SEO, and search marketing resources.
• Proficiency in internet browsers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of audience trends, buying technologies, optimization tactics, ad networks, and ad serving technology.
