About the Role

We are seeking a Media Support Manager to join our dynamic team at NEP Group. This remote Media Support Manager position offers the chance to work in a vibrant post-production environment, contributing to high-quality media projects. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that video content is delivered on time and meets the highest standards.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily with clients and team members to support the editing process.
• Ensure video materials are delivered in the correct format and quality.
• Work closely with teams for editing, color correction, audio, and graphics to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Participate in learning opportunities to enhance your skills in media management.
• Contribute to the creative process by providing input on project development.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is required.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work structured and process-oriented.
• Flexibility to work at least 36 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Interest in technology and media.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a media or post-production environment.
• Knowledge of video editing software and media production processes.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
