About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Advisor to join our team at Rituals Cosmetics. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a pleasant and relaxing experience in our store. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and is eager to learn about our products and philosophy. This is a part-time role based in Laval, France, where you will work alongside a dynamic team.

What You'll Do

• Advise customers on our products and the Rituals philosophy through our unique sales ceremonies.
• Monitor and work towards achieving sales targets and objectives for the store.
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked to provide the best customer experience.
• Guarantee that cash handling procedures are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with your team and manager to create a positive shopping environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills; enjoy interacting with customers and helping them discover our products.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ability to demonstrate organization and initiative to meet ambitious sales goals.
• Previous retail experience is ideal.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak periods.
