About the Role

We are seeking a Premium Banking Advisor to join our team at Intesa Sanpaolo. This remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in banking products to provide tailored solutions to our premium clients. With over 45 years of experience in the financial sector, we pride ourselves on our innovative approaches and customer-centric solutions.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert advice on banking products such as unsecured loans, investments, and insurance to premium retail clients.
• Promote premium services to potential banking clients, enhancing our service offerings.
• Assist clients with investment advice, including executing stock orders and monitoring capital market processes.
• Engage in cross-selling of banking products to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
• Organize and conduct client meetings to discuss their financial needs and objectives.

Requirements

• At least a secondary education qualification and a valid MNB capital market broker examination or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking client service.
• Strong customer-centric approach with excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in investment and insurance sectors.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
