About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mass Tort Associate Attorney - Remote to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing mass tort cases, providing legal advice, and representing clients in various legal matters. As a remote Mass Tort Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the lives of clients affected by mass torts.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and oversee mass tort cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for trials and hearings, including organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
  • Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation for case preparation.
  • Review medical records and other evidence to support case claims.
  • Participate in depositions and court proceedings as required.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Missouri.
  • 2-5 years of experience in mass tort or personal injury law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practices.
