Marketing Specialist - E-commerce Growth (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join kiimento, Canada’s fastest-growing kids' tech brand. This remote Marketing Specialist position offers you the chance to make a significant impact on our digital growth strategy. You will be responsible for managing our DTC website, Amazon storefront, and social media presence, ensuring that your contributions directly influence sales and brand awareness.

What You'll Do

• Digital & Social Execution: Assist in launching and monitoring ad sets across Meta, TikTok, and Google while tracking performance and suggesting optimizations.
• Amazon & Retail Management: Help manage Amazon Ads and update product listings for Amazon and retail partners.
• Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce creative assets (copy and visuals) for social media, including IG Reels, YouTube videos, and TikToks.
• Community & Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential influencer partners and parent-creators.
• UGC Management: Organize and catalogue user-generated content for use across our marketing channels.
• Engagement: Manage our community on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Email & SMS Marketing: Assist in setting up newsletters and automated flows in Klaviyo and Postscript.
• Site Updates: Keep our Shopify store fresh with updated banners, product descriptions, and seasonal promotions.
• Reporting: Compile weekly data on traffic, sales, and ad spend to help the team make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably within a DTC or E-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with ad managers (Meta or Google).
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Figma, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
• Strong writing skills for catchy, clear copy for social captions and emails.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools for marketing.
• Knowledge of current Instagram trends.
• Ability to edit quick videos or social graphics.
