About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will optimize marketing performance and drive data-driven strategies for a Canadian client. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing marketing processes and ensuring data accuracy across platforms.

What You'll Do

• Support execution and optimization of marketing campaigns to improve overall performance.
• Manage and track marketing data, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure effective decision-making.
• Maintain and improve marketing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to drive successful campaigns.
• Ensure data accuracy across various platforms, including CRM and automation tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and campaign performance through data analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) to work effectively with international teams.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or similar roles.
• Experience with marketing tools such as CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards.
• Experience working with performance marketing teams.
