Marketing Manager - Remote Position at Installation Made Easy

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager - Remote to join our team at Installation Made Easy. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing and optimizing our digital marketing programs, overseeing creative production, and managing website and email initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a small creative team, including a Graphic Designer and Visual Content Creator.
• Own graphic design and production for marketing emails, websites, and program materials.
• Create, update, and maintain internal and external marketing materials upon request.
• Develop mockups, signage, brochures, flyers, and in-store materials to support retailer programs.
• Prepare digital and print-ready files to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
• Manage internal business card requests and fulfillment.
• Revise and refine creative assets through a collaborative feedback process.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing marketing programs, including updating retailer websites using Umbraco CMS.
• Analyze and report website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and accuracy.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital performance optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing clear, concise, executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work efficiently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Home Improvement Industry.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email design.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred).
• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics.
