About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a high-growth medical device company. This Marketing Manager remote position will focus on driving adoption for a market-leading portfolio in the US and globally. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs to drive commercial adoption.
- Create branding, positioning, and messaging for the product portfolio.
- Produce collateral materials to support marketing initiatives.
- Build relationships with surgeon KOLs and educate customers and the sales team on product benefits.
- Gather commercial data to track portfolio growth and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the medical device sector; candidates with 8+ years may qualify for a Senior Marketing Manager role.
- Experience in downstream marketing with surgical products.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence are essential.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with marketing, sales, medical affairs, and regulatory departments.
