About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team at Paddle. As a Frontend Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our payment infrastructure for digital product companies. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create a world-class experience for our sellers and customers.

What You'll Do

  • Build high-performance checkouts and complex funnel experiences that delight our users.
  • Develop world-class data visualizations that provide insights to our sellers.
  • Collaborate with product designers to shape our design system and improve user experience.
  • Advance our frontend architecture and contribute to our engineering guild.
  • Utilize AWS and Cloudflare products to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Help foster an exceptional engineering culture at Paddle.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in frontend engineering.
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Zustand and React Flow.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product designers and a keen eye for UX.
  • Experience in high-performing engineering teams, preferably in financial technology.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD platforms.
  • Familiarity with design systems.
  • A passion for providing an exceptional user experience.
