What You'll Do

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and shape hiring strategies that balance urgent requirements with long-term growth.
• Champion a memorable candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint is thoughtful and professional from first outreach to signed offer.
• Proactively build talent pipelines through creative sourcing across LinkedIn, events, communities, and your network.
• Use data and metrics to track pipeline health, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill to improve processes continuously.
• Collaborate with our global People team, sharing best practices while maintaining agility in our evolving environment.
• Guide hiring managers through the recruitment journey with insights that enable smarter, faster decisions.

Requirements

• Strong recruitment experience, particularly in fast-moving industries like tech, iGaming, or digital business.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and source passive candidates using creative search strategies.
• A thoughtful, human approach to candidate experience that goes beyond just getting the job done.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments where not everything is figured out yet.
• Experience using data and KPIs to drive better outcomes and conversations.
• Genuine passion for helping people grow their careers while developing your own.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.
