About the Role

We're hiring a Youth Advocacy & Success Manager to join our mission of empowering students to manage their digital wellness. This Youth Advocacy & Success Manager remote position is perfect for those who are passionate about helping teenagers navigate their screen time and become advocates for healthier habits in their schools.

What You'll Do

• Build and activate a community of high school students focused on digital wellness.
• Empower students to take ownership of their time and promote healthy screen habits.
• Collaborate with educational institutions to implement Opal’s digital self-regulation tools.
• Organize events and workshops that engage students in discussions about digital wellness.
• Gather feedback from students to continuously improve our offerings and advocacy efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in youth advocacy, education, or community organizing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with teenagers.
• Passion for digital wellness and understanding of its importance in today’s education.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to Europe 8 to 10 days each quarter for community engagement.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the EdTech industry.
• Familiarity with digital self-regulation tools.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
