Associate Business Operations Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Deel. As an integral part of Deel, you will help shape the future of work by optimizing our operations and supporting our global expansion strategy.

What You'll Do

• Execute Deel’s global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets.
• Build and scale our global brokerage network, identifying and vetting partners to ensure Deel owns the best marketplace in our 134+ entities.
• Partner with global brokers to optimize carrier relationships, ensuring our infrastructure is reliable and cost-effective.
• Enable our lean team of benefit managers to manage providers and roll out new benefits effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales and CSM teams to ensure they are product experts, building materials and processes for accurate quoting.
• Overhaul the customer support journey, moving towards a seamless user experience.
• Create recommendations by analyzing large data sets to improve benefit margins and worker retention.
• Work with product and development teams to automate operational headaches within the Deel platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in Startup, Business Operations, Consulting, or Private Equity.
• Experience with sales operations and benefits processes is a significant advantage.
• Advanced experience with Google Suite, Jira, and Looker is required.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid history of high-stakes achievement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A naturally curious and impact-oriented mindset, focused on building scalable processes.
