About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager (Iberia) to join our dynamic team at Shift4. This Marketing Manager remote role is crucial for developing and executing our local marketing strategy in alignment with the European vision and Shift4's overarching strategy. As a leader in commerce-enabling technology, Shift4 powers billions of transactions annually across various industries, and your efforts will drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth within the Spanish market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement Shift4’s marketing strategy for Spain and Portugal, ensuring alignment with the European strategy.
  • Localize and execute regional digital and lead generation campaigns that resonate with the Spanish audience.
  • Adapt Shift4 branding, messaging, and content to meet local market requirements while ensuring brand consistency across all Southern Europe touchpoints.
  • Create engaging blog content, email marketing campaigns, and social media copy targeted for Southern European audiences.
  • Support event marketing initiatives, including trade shows and partner events.
  • Manage public relations activities and agency relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Southern European Commercial Teams to align on priorities and targets.
  • Establish strong alignment with Product Marketing to ensure timely, accurate communication of product features, updates, and launches to the market.
  • Support Iberian resellers with access to localized sales materials and tools.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
  • Manage the Southern European marketing budget, track KPIs, and optimize marketing activities for ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B and/or technology sectors.
  • Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international organization.
  • Native-level Spanish and fluent English required; Portuguese, Italian, or an additional language is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in payments, point of sale, or FinTech is a plus.

  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing for ROI.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
