  • Handle client communication, addressing daily messages and escalating strategic issues as necessary.
  • Facilitate new client onboarding by setting up workspaces, gathering assets, and scheduling team reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel for coordinating pipelines and automations.
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for content review and briefs.
  • Excellent written English skills for effective internal and client communication.
  • Proven ability to manage a small remote team across various roles and time zones.
