What You'll Do

- Oversee the design and implementation of target-state operating models for digital asset initiatives, ensuring they align with client objectives.
- Guide the development and validation of business cases for digital asset projects, incorporating financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business and operational models, risk assessments, and compliance across various domains.
- Identify strategic risks and opportunities in the digital asset ecosystem using industry insights.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital assets, risk management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills to guide junior resources.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus among stakeholders.
