About the Role

We are seeking a Manager - Cybersecurity (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Deloitte. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage cybersecurity consulting projects, providing strategic guidance to clients while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. As a part of our international Tech Hub, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the cybersecurity landscape.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage cybersecurity consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, identifying risks and proposing corrective measures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated solutions for complex cybersecurity challenges.
• Offer expert advice on regulatory compliance and security standards to ensure clients meet legal and industry requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, preferably in a leadership role.
• Business development experience in Portuguese and/or international companies.
• Experience in delivery management, including budget and timeline management.
• Strong team management skills, focusing on motivation and well-being.
• Proficiency in at least one area of Cybersecurity (e.g., Identity Management, Incident Management, GRC).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloud technologies and platforms.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Familiarity with tools such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
