What You'll Do

• Safely operate and maintain packing lines to meet Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) goals.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with specified parameters.
• Utilize Forklift Trucks (FLT) to supply lines with necessary packaging equipment.
• Monitor line performance trends and material usage, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintenance technicians during handovers.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Basic keyboard skills and IT aptitude for data input and access.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience operating production machinery.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to team collaboration.
• Ability to plan and execute routine activities effectively.
