Quality Manager Representative - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager Representative to join our dynamic global team. This remote opportunity allows you to work alongside top talent worldwide, tackling some of today’s most complex challenges in defense and security. As a Quality Manager Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with quality management standards while driving continuous process improvement. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date in May 2026.

What You'll Do

• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO compliance for T/O.
• Monitor T/O conformance and quality trends, supporting the PMO in quality activities.
• Audit processes, make recommendations for continuous improvement, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of quality and process documentation.
• Own and execute the T/O Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Ensure compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six years of experience in Quality Assurance and oversight.
• Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies.
• Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing compliance with federal contract requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
• Certifications in Quality Management Systems.
