Machine Learning Engineer Intern - Remote to Full-Time Track

About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer Intern to join our team at Gemmo AI. This remote internship is designed for candidates aiming for a full-time ML engineering role. You will work on real production projects, not just toy datasets, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of AI.

What You'll Do

• Work on Machine Learning solutions for financial services, focusing on prediction models and document analysis.
• Contribute to Computer Vision pipelines deployed in pharmaceutical environments, tackling complex real-world problems.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and directly engage with enterprise clients.
• Build Machine Learning models with financial data and design, build, and maintain CRUD APIs.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in Azure and Snowflake.

Requirements

• Experience with training custom ML models using PyTorch and XGBoost.
• Familiarity with API development and relational databases.
• Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• B2+ English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with interaction with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) via API calls.
• Experience with running Machine Learning inference jobs with PyTorch or ONNX.

• Compensation of €830 gross/month with a total of €5,000 over 6 months.
