Loader Operator - Concrete Prefabrication Plant

About the Role

We are looking for a Loader Operator to join our team at the Concrete Prefabrication Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for loading concrete prefabricated parts using cranes or forklifts. What You'll Do

• Load concrete prefabricated parts safely using cranes or forklifts.
• Ensure proper attachment and transportation of construction components.
• Prepare and document prefabricated parts for shipping.
• Inspect loads for completeness and quality before dispatch.
• Assist with internal transportation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety and loading regulations at all times.
• Utilize technical understanding and structured work methods to complete tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and independent work capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in loading, warehousing, or construction is advantageous.
• Experience operating cranes (crane operator license) is required, and a forklift license is preferred.
• Technical understanding and structured working style are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and self-management skills.
