LKW Driver for Local Transport & Goods Acceptance - Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated LKW Driver for Local Transport & Goods Acceptance to join our team at Stannol. This part-time position involves transporting goods within a 100 km radius of Velbert, Germany. As an LKW Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to sustainable recycling practices and ensuring the safe handling of electronic waste.

What You'll Do

• Conduct local transport of goods, ensuring timely deliveries within a 100 km radius.
• Manage the collection and delivery of empty grid boxes and electronic waste materials.
• Prepare and verify accompanying documents for transportation.
• Unload and store materials properly at our Velbert location.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards when handling hazardous materials.
• Document disposal processes through weighing and photographic evidence.
• Assist in organizing the recycling area and participate in basic warehouse tasks such as sorting and disassembly.
• Collaborate with the route planning team based in Espelkamp.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid LKW driver's license (Classes C and CE) including a driver qualification certificate (FQN).
• Valid driver card and ADR certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Forklift license is required.
• Experience in recycling or circular economy is preferred.
• Willingness to acquire the specialist certificate TGRS 520.
• Hands-on mentality, responsibility, teamwork, flexibility, and reliability are essential.
• Good command of German, both spoken and written, is mandatory.

• Previous experience in logistics or waste management.
