About the Role

Proof is looking for a thoughtful, communicative, curious, and motivated individual to join our remote-first team as a Legal Intern. What You'll Do

• Support the Commercial Transactions team responsible for negotiating contracts.
• Research legal issues for the Proof Legal team to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Review and revise company policies to maintain legal compliance.
• Assist with automation projects to improve in-house legal support efficiencies.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams across the organization to streamline processes.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to foster effective communication.
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge legal issues in the tech industry.
• Participate in networking opportunities within the legal tech field.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in law school as a 2L.
• Strong academic record with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a motivation to learn and grow.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Exposure to the SaaS/tech industry is a plus.
