About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Manager to join our team at Cipriani Punta del Este. This Learning Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the learning agenda within a world-class hospitality project. You will drive the learning initiatives that enhance capabilities and service standards across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the learning and training agenda across the organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand standards.
  • Assess development needs across functions and levels, turning them into clear, practical learning solutions.
  • Design and oversee induction, onboarding, and training journeys for employees at various stages of their experience.
  • Create initiatives that reinforce service excellence, operational consistency, and leadership capabilities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and support team development efforts.
  • Coordinate external vendors, facilitators, and training resources as needed.
  • Monitor participation, effectiveness, and impact of learning initiatives through relevant follow-up and reporting.
  • Help organize learning content, training calendars, and development processes in a structured way.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in Learning & Development, training, talent development, or similar responsibilities.
  • Experience within hospitality, luxury, premium service, retail, or other high-expectation environments is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement training initiatives for diverse audiences and seniority levels.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to connect well with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organized, hands-on, and proactive working style.
  • Sound judgment, autonomy, and the ability to navigate dynamic environments effectively.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
