Learning Designer - Remote Position for AI and Data Training

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Learning Designer to join Correlation One, the largest provider of AI and data workforce development programs globally. This Learning Designer role is remote and will focus on designing engaging online learning experiences that help professionals develop essential skills in data and AI. You will play a crucial role in supporting the design and development of enterprise training programs, ensuring that learners at all levels can make data-driven decisions and optimize their work using generative AI.

What You'll Do

• Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI.
• Customize curriculum by updating examples and case studies based on client needs.
• Design interactive exercises and activities to engage learners and promote hands-on practices.
• Create workbooks for assignments and guidelines for learners to complete a successful capstone project.
• Assess program effectiveness and develop reusable learning assets that can be adapted for different client needs.
• Review learning materials developed by subject matter experts and provide constructive feedback.
• Iterate on lessons based on instructor and learner feedback to enhance the learning experience.
• Define timelines, track progress, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in designing courses for adult learners, particularly in corporate training for data and AI topics.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication, copy editing, and proofreading skills.
• Collaborative spirit, proactive in reaching out to team members.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL are a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
