Lead Product Designer - AI-Driven Membership Ecosystem

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our innovative team at Beast Industries, a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast. As a Lead Product Designer remote, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a groundbreaking consumer membership ecosystem aimed at over 100 million users.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to define the "ideal squad" workflow and product roadmap.
• Lead the design of our highest-priority consumer product end-to-end, with the opportunity to build and mentor a design team.
• Design and test core retention loops, including onboarding flows, achievement systems, and economy design for digital and real-world experiences.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to iterate at high velocity.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to shipping a scaled consumer product.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing products used by millions.
• Strong understanding of AI integration in design workflows.
• Experience in both startup and large tech environments.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and prefer building and shipping over lengthy processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Experience with gamified ecosystems and community engagement strategies.

• Background in consumer product design.
