Junior Treasurer - Remote Finance Role

About the Role

Growe is excited to announce an opening for a Junior Treasurer - Remote. In this role, you will be responsible for processing card and crypto operations, performing daily reconciliation of accounts, and preparing financial reports. What You'll Do

• Process card and crypto operations efficiently.
• Perform daily reconciliation of card and crypto accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Create requests in 1C for fund disbursement as needed.
• Participate in the automation of routine financial processes.
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for internal reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments on payments and document flow.

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of economics.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of 1C: Enterprise 8.3, Google spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a FinTech environment.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency operations.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
