Junior Sales Area Manager - Remote Opportunity for Maghreb Region

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Area Manager to join our dynamic team at Standard Hidráulica. This remote position focuses on managing client portfolios and driving sales in the Maghreb region. As a Junior Sales Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Conduct commercial visits to clients in the Maghreb region.
• Promote and advise on product sales, ensuring clients understand the value of our offerings.
• Participate in preparing offers and quotations for international clients.
• Collaborate on the preparation and follow-up of international orders.
• Define commercial conditions and manage commercial and customs documentation.
• Identify opportunities and observe product trends through sales analysis.
• Learn and apply international trade procedures and regulations.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a higher degree in Commerce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various customer management tools (CRM, Salesforce, external platforms).
• Languages: Native Arabic, Advanced French, Advanced Spanish.
• No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, empathy, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales or customer management.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
