About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Leadership Manager - aRTD Category (Remote) to join our dynamic team at The Coca-Cola Company. This role will provide commercial leadership for our aRTD (alcohol ready-to-drink) category across the ASEAN & South Pacific region, with a primary focus on Australia. As a key player in our organization, you will lead the aRTD Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL) strategy, focusing on revenue growth management, route to market, and channel planning.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of integrated commercial strategies for the aRTD category, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Optimize system execution across channels in close collaboration with franchise and frontline marketing teams.
  • Benchmark with industry partners to capture insights and translate them into actionable strategies for category growth.
  • Define commercial execution metrics and key initiatives to accelerate growth in alignment with franchise teams and external partners.
  • Drive strategic projects in partnership with global teams and bottling partners to establish a competitive advantage in the aRTD market.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of leadership experience in commercial planning and execution, with a strong background in segmentation and revenue growth management.
  • Experience within the alcohol industry is highly advantageous.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working with diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing solutions and HORECA channel.
  • Advanced commercial finance skills.
