About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Automation Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This remote Automation Mechanical Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s largest manufacturing giants. You will be involved in innovative R&D projects that bring your ideas to life while gaining valuable overseas experience, primarily based in China and India.

What You'll Do

• Develop large-scale automation equipment, focusing on design, material selection, fabrication, testing, and improvement of mechanical structures.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, optimizing existing equipment through innovative design changes.
• Resolve mechanical issues during the enhancement of equipment quality and operational efficiency through effective troubleshooting.
• Modify and improve existing production equipment to address operational challenges.
• Oversee on-site assembly and testing, while writing equipment specifications, maintenance manuals, and repair handbooks.
• Develop and conduct training courses for team members and new hires.
• Perform on-site debugging and implementation of new equipment, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software is essential.
• Knowledge of basic machining and surface finishing techniques.
• Experience in selecting and applying standard automation components is advantageous.
• Entry-level experience is acceptable; we welcome fresh graduates eager to learn.
