Junior Product Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Junior Product Designer to join our team at Bending Spoons. What You'll Do

• Design intuitive and effective user experiences from early concepts to polished delivery, ensuring every experience is delightful.
• Utilize AI tools to create interactive prototypes, integrating them with the design system and generating production-ready frontend code.
• Prototype to validate ideas quickly, moving between lo-fi explorations and production-realistic prototypes.
• Co-create with Product Managers and engineers, defining UX requirements early and making engineering-aware design decisions.
• Measure and improve design effectiveness by tracking funnels, retention, and adoption metrics.
• Identify product improvements that unlock business value and align stakeholders around them.
• Collaborate with a talented team, contributing to projects that impact thousands of users.

Requirements
